We are based in Downtown Silver Spring, Maryland – about 1 mile from the D.C. line – and conveniently located 4 blocks from the Silver Spring Metro station! The Broker, Vincent Ekuban has over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a father who has over 47 years of experience in the industry, also serving the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.

Our primary expertise is in Residential real estate; helping people buy and sell their homes while focusing on our clients throughout the process. We also have extensive experience working with foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, and investment properties. We love to assist families with the American Dream of homeownership. Our agents currently hold multiple National Association of Realtors designations. We also proudly serve on our local Board Association of Realtors Committees and put an emphasis on providing knowledge and expertise to our clients to negotiate the most on their behalf.
